Our club runs from Monday to Friday each term and provides a fantastic variety of activities designed to spark interest, keep active, encourage teamwork, and develop new skills in a safe, supportive space.
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our After School Club at La Moye School, which runs Monday through Friday from 3:15 to 5:15 p.m- 6 Sessions. When you book a spot for this day, it means your child is signed up for every session on this day of the week until the February half term. This helps us plan our staff and sessions effectively.
At Sports Bug, we’ve built a strong reputation for providing exceptional childcare and fun activities for children, and we can’t wait to get started this January.
We’re proud to offer a huge variety of activities to suit every interest! From energetic sports and team games to Nerf battles, talent shows, quizzes and quieter indoor activities, there’s something for everyone. Whether your child loves sports, enjoys being active, or prefers more relaxed activities, our program is designed to keep them engaged and happy.
Based on the feedback from teachers and parents, we understand how important football is to the school and its community. That’s why we will ensure that children will always have the choice to play football every day. Our sessions are led by qualified staff, including two current Jersey Bulls players, bringing a wealth of expertise and passion for the game. This guarantees that children receive top-quality coaching while enjoying the sport they love in a fun and supportive environment.
Please don’t worry if your child isn’t a football fan, there will always be two other activity options available for them to enjoy, ensuring that every child finds something they love to participate in!

This summer, Sports Bug is welcoming FIVE new full-time team members, and we’re excited to introduce our first signing... Michael de Jesus!
Michael joins us full-time as part of our exciting Jersey Bulls x Sports Bug partnership, bringing with him a UEFA C Coaching Qualification, over five years’ coaching experience, and a fantastic track record of leading Jersey Bulls’ community coaching programme in schools across the island.
Michael will be working alongside James Sunley as Assistant Manager at our hugely popular Jersey Bulls Holiday Camp at Victoria College Prep, helping to deliver an outstanding experience for every child. Alongside this, Michael will continue leading Jersey Bulls’ community coaching programme in schools across the island, strengthening our relationships with schools and inspiring even more children to get involved in football.
Away from holiday camps, Michael has big plans for developing our after-school football pathway across Jersey, creating even more opportunities for young players to enjoy and progress in the game, while making football more convenient and accessible for both schools and parents.
This is just the first of five exciting full-time additions to the Sports Bug team this summer, with plenty more announcements to come.

With temperatures hitting 34 degrees, making sure the kids stayed safe, hydrated and cool was our top priority all week. We made the most of every bit of shade possible during our outdoor sessions, with plenty of water breaks and rest periods to keep everyone comfortable while still enjoying the football fun.
In the afternoons, we headed indoors to Langford Sports Centre where the players could cool down, recharge and continue enjoying games, skills sessions and team activities in a safe environment.
It’s been fantastic to see so much energy, effort and smiles from all the children despite the heat. A huge well done to everyone who attended and gave it their all this week and thank you to all the coaches and parents for helping make it another brilliant camp! 💪⚽️

What a day! ☀️ Today has been the hottest May half term day we’ve ever experienced at our clubs, but our experienced coaching team have kept everyone safe, cool and having fun throughout the day.
At La Moye and Le Rocquier we made full use of the woodlands and sports halls, and at our new Jersey Bulls camp at VCP we’ve been lucky enough to have access to both the VCP Sports Hall and Langford Sports Hall to help keep children cool and comfortable.
Our older children did manage a quick football session at Heathfield this morning before it got too hot 🌡️

What a brilliant first week it’s been at our Sports Bug x @jerseybullsfc Holiday Club 🙌⚽️
It’s been fantastic having the camp led by Jersey Bulls first-team players James and Rai alongside Michael, who is currently working towards his UEFA C qualification, creating a really high-quality experience for all the children. We’ve also loved having players from the Jersey Bulls Academy getting involved, coaching and supporting throughout the week.
A real highlight was the visit from Jersey Bulls first-team players Fraser Barlow and Jay Giles, which went down so well with the kids. There were loads of smiles, plenty of autographs, and a great atmosphere all round, so a big thank you to both of them for coming down.
We also gave out two signed shirts:
👏 Arran, for beating Fraser and Jay in the Crossbar Challenge
👏 Marlow, our Player of the Week, for his outstanding attitude and effort right the way through the week
Alongside that, there were plenty of other smaller prizes handed out across the week for different awards and great efforts, which the children absolutely loved.
