We’re excited to offer an interest-free payment plan to help parents spread the cost of their childcare for the remainder of 2025. Below are the steps to get started:
How to Set Up Your Payment Plan
1️⃣ Calculate Your Total Childcare Cost for 2025
- Visit our website and add up the total cost of the holiday clubs you’ll need for the rest of the year.
- To qualify, your total must be at least £500 or more.
- Our prices are frozen, so your total amount won’t change.
- You can select from £500, £750, £1000, £1250, £1500, £1750 or £2000
2️⃣ Send in your application to Set Up Your Account
- Once you have your total, send in your application by filling in the form right on this page.
- We will review your application and let you know when it has been approved.
- We will add this amount as credit to your Sports Bug account, which you can then use to book your childcare.
3️⃣ Monthly Payments
- Payments will be taken on the 8th of each month, with the final payment on 8th January 2026.
- First payments begin on April 8th, so your total will be divided over 10 months.
- More credit can be added, and your total amount extended as the year goes on.
4️⃣ Payment Method & Conditions
- Parents will need to set up a standing order for payments.
- Missed payments may result in childcare bookings being cancelled.
Limited Availability – High Demand Expected!
- We have a limited number of payment plans available, and we expect a lot of interest.
- Due to high demand, there may be some delays in responses, but we will aim to reply to all enquiries within 2-5 working days.
Trial Basis – No Fees!
- We are not charging booking fees or admin fees to trial this scheme.
- To keep it manageable, we ask parents to be as accurate as possible when calculating their total, as too many changes may affect the viability of the plan.
💡 Looking Ahead to 2026 – If this is successful, we hope to offer a 12-month plan for the whole of next year!
